Marianna's L'Esthetique Day Spa & Salon is pleased to welcome you. We promise to exceed your expectations, while respecting the needs of each of our guests.

Your Appointment
Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your first appointment, and 10 minutes in advance of subsequent appointments. This is your time, and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.

Spa Etiquette
Marianna's L'Esthetique is a retreat for everyone to equally enjoy to the utmost. We ask that all guests use low, gentle voices at all times.

Cellular telephones must be turned off beyond the anteroom unless reasonable circumstances necessitate their use—on silent modes only—inside treatment rooms or the Salon. Use of telephones in the Serenity Sanctuary is prohibited at all times.

Visitors of our guests are asked to please remain in the anteroom.

Children
Children 12 and under must be receiving services if present.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other clients' needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount. Gratuities
The level of tip you leave should be commensurate with your experience here. Please feel free to ask your Spa Coordinator for suggestions if you are unsure.

Unless specified, gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Meals and beverages do not include gratuities.

Referral Benefits
We deeply value our devoted clientele. If you came to us via a referral, please make sure to indicate that person's name on your New Client Data form, so that we may thank them appropriately.

Corporate Discount Packages
Corporate packages are available. Ask a Spa Coordinator for details.

All times quoted for treatments and packages are approximate.

Hours

Generally, we are open as follows:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday by special appointment.

Directions

Marianna's L'Esthetique Day Spa & Salon is located in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Boulder, at 1215 Spruce Street. We are situated on the north side of the street, between Broadway, to the west, and Hotel Boulderado (13th Street) to the east.

Parking

For your convenience, you may, for a fee, leave your vehicle with the Hotel Boulderado valet parking— and it will be delivered to our door upon your departure, or we will validate your parking receipt for any of the City of Boulder municipal parking facilities.

Parking meters are abundant in the vicinity.
